Congratulations to our members who attended the 2010 National Qualifier #1 March 6-7, 2010 in Colorado Springs, Colo. Matt, Wyatt, and Becca competed.

Black Belts and Instructors are requested to come participate in the testing this Saturday at the Main School.  Spectators are also welcome!

Friday 6:30 class will resume on Jan 8, 2010.  This will be an all-belt, all-ages class.

There will be no classes on Thursday and Friday of Thanksgiving week.  Have a great holiday and be prepared to burn off some calories when you come back!

The second Friday evening class has resumed, beginning at 6:30.  This will be an all ages, all belt, traditional class with an occasional “Friday Funday” event.

Our senior Black Belts met on Saturday October 24 to offer thanks and farewell to Dr. John Haaland, our most senior member and Master Instructor of over 30 years.  He was presented with a plaque bearing our logo (which he created).  Dr. Haaland has headed many iterations of the Minnesota Taekwondo Center in the last few decades.  We extend our sincere appreciation for his inspiration, education, and dedication.
